  • Thanks for the advice! Actually yesterday was the first day that they sat by each other on the floor- I was amazed! The rescue called her "Tess" but she didn't know her name, so I call her Chloe, she is a red Merle w/off white markings. She came w/AKC pedigree but was in a puppy mill all her life and had it pretty rough. She is a real sweetie though! I have a pic of her on my profile under photos.

  • Hi Karen! More Aussie ?'s for you; I got a pal for Bailey from a rescue. She's 7 and was rescued from a puppy mill. They 2 get along but hoave not really "bonded". I've never owned 2 dogs, how long does it take for them to bond? Had her since Sat. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks, Michelle

  • How cute! We are actually going to meet Bailey's potential sister tomorrow so I hope he's on his best behavior and willing to share his toys and treats with her! Poor Bailey just can't understand why my cats don't want to play with him!

  • hehe :) I saw you post about your muddy pups ;) Here, too! Bono's got a dog door, so I've just left my Bissle Powersteamer plugged in and filled to go, right by the door- and have a 2 gallon bucket out and ready to rinse muddy paws. He hates a bath, so I'm carrying this 90lb furball into the shower with me...lol

  • Yeah, Mac is pretty cute! She'll probably be about 25 pounds full grown, thats what her parents are. My backyard is pretty much either a dust bowl or a mud pit so Mac gets a lot of baths too! Hope to meet you soon!
