"The people and the dogs in this group are so nice, and the meetups are a blast!!!"
"Dogs ranged from tiny chiahuas to a 150lbish Great Pyrenese- and everyone was able to seek out their own style of enjoyment. Some were rough- and- tumble playing together, some were enjoying being petted by new human friends. It really was like a dog party :) It was great for me to meet some other big dog owners, and talk about bathing tips. It was nice to be around other people, in general, who took joy in watching all of the dogs swimming, chasing tennis balls and sticks- running around together. 'People who didn't mind getting shed or slobberred on :) My 4 year-old came, too, and loved playing with, and watching the dogs :)"

The Columbia Dog Lovers meetup group is a great way to meet fellow dog lovers in your community that share the desire to give their furry friends the healthiest, most rewarding life they possibly can. Here, you can discuss health issues, training problems or tips, nutrition, or just plain old fun. The possibilities are endless! Once a month we will have meetups at various dog-friendly locations throughout Columbia, so your pup can run and play with other Columbia dogs. While we want to keep this group purley on a friendly level, there are however, a few simple rules needed in order to ensure safe and fun meetups.
Rule 1: Please make sure that your dog is current on all vaccinations.
Rule 2: Please make sure that your dog is spayed or neutered if you will be attending meetups. We don't want to end up with litters of puppies!
Rule 3: Only bring your dog to a meetup if you are sure that he will not try to harm another member (doggie or human).
Rule 4: Please RSVP to all events. Yes or No, we would like to know who will be attending in order to make our meetups a success!
We welcome all dog-lovers interested in having a great time with their pooch, and interacting with others.
