Explore and enjoy the outdoors, and make new, local friends, human and canine!

Our main activity will be hiking throughout Somerset and Morris Counties. We will also occasionally stop by a local dog park. This is a very laid back group with easy going outings.

All dogs are welcome, large and small. We will have an occasional small dog only meet up for those little ones who are timid around the giants.

All walks are free. All breeds of dogs are welcome. Leashes required. Social dogs only. (No aggressive dogs.) Must have up to date rabies and distemper vaccinations, bordetella optional. Must be spayed or neutered.

No sollicitations please. This website is for organizing meetups only.

We will meet in the main parking lot. The trails are so easy and well marked and with the lake constantly on your left side. There are some loose rocks, over all a moderate trail. This is Mark and Kobe's home turf so they will lead the hike. If it is still open, afterward there is an outdoor Stewart's-type place where we can go for refreshments. www.merrillcreek.com
