October's Meetup is still being held on Sunday, October 11 at 1 p.m. at Best Friend's In North Plainfield....

Halloween-colored decorations
I will bring bottled water and something for us people to nibble on. If anyone else would like to bring something, that would be nice, too, but not necessary.

AND....
The Donations for the North Plainfield Humane Society WILL BE accepted (and you will receive a goodie bag for your dog).
If you prefer to make a cash donation, please bring a blank check with you.

    This was Goober's first time. He was a little overwhelmed with all of the dogs but would definitely to come to a meetup again.

    • “ We had a good time as usual. We missed having Nico and Patricia there, and hope they are feeling much better. The goodie bags they provided were full of treats for those contributing to the Plainfield's Humane Soc. instead of gifts for Nico, the birthday boy. That was very generous and I'm sure appreciated by all the shelter dogs. It was also Claire's 39th birthday, so we surprised her with a treat to celebrate. ”

      “ Such a surprise!!! Not only delicious cakes baked at the hands of Roseann and Diane but the artistry of Nico's mom/Pat as well!!! Ali now has a really great personalized Halloween ornament with bats, ghosts, and a jack o'lantern but toys!!!! Entertainment for those times in her very spacious cage! And the exchange was simply to provide food for her homeless buddies at Plainfield Area Humane Shelter....what a "win-win" trade...And bunches of Daisies appeared....AMAZING...really cute and demure little furry cookies...what a compliment to Freidas Favorites tasty edibles...WHOA...the boundless energy of the blonde bombshell trio, Curleigh, Jersey and Jasmine....oh yeah...and that little guy I met so many months ago walking in the street...APOLLO>named after the Roman God that would take animal form to hide from his wife. PUPPY BOWL 2010...you've got some competition now!!! ”
