Government Canyon SNA - Tips For Hiking With Dogs

Bring your dog and relax in the shade of the covered pavilion while Melissa Gaskill, author of "Best Hikes with Dogs: Texas Hill Country & Coast", discusses hiking with dogs. She will give pointers on how to hike safely and enjoyably with your dog and give suggestions of dog-friendly places to go. 10 a.m.-noon, book signing at approximately 10:45 a.m.; reservations required and will be accepted beginning at noon, May 12, 2008 and ending at noon on Friday, May 23, 2008.
