The San Antonio Nature Hounds

Love dogs? Love spending time outside? Love meeting other people who feel the same? If the answer is yes then Nature Hounds is for you! We will meet on weekends (and evenings when we have more daylight!) for nature walks and hikes at local parks, so leash up, wear some comfy shoes, and come on out!

Leon Creek Greenway Hike & Swim
We have a new swimmin' hole! To get there: Turn onto Babcock from DeZavala (between the CVS pharmacy and the gas station). Continue on Babcock for .7 mile and the parking lot will be on the left. Follow the paved path 1/4 mile to the pond at the end. This park also is linked to Bamberger Park by taking the dirt trail under Babcock. Read more
