Merry Mutts Meet Up of the North Shore is for area dog owners who enjoy taking their dogs out to walk, romp, and sniff at local dog-friendly places. This group is designed for dogs and their parents who crave fresh air, exercise, and opportunities to socialize. Your dog should be vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and friendly toward other dogs. And you should be diligent in picking up after your pooch. Let's keep our dog-friendly venues clean! And even though "Mutts" is in the group name, pure-breds are also welcome! (And feel free to join us even if you don't have dogs, but enjoy their company.)

Our next meeting:
Breakheart Reservation Walk
We'll meet in the Breakheart Reservation parking lot at 11:00 a.m. and walk for about 80 minutes on a combination of paved surfaces and marked trails. The park rangers may be out, so you may have to keep your dog leashed, but usually we can get some off-leash time on the trails. Please be prompt. If you are late, you'll have to try to catch up. Please bring pooper-scooper bags so you can clean up after your dog. Read more
