March hike..

Hi everyone, as much as Mango and I would love to go, at age nine weeks she has yet to master the art of walking on a leash. We start puppy school on the 14th so hopefully she will move along quickly and I can join in on the next activity. I look forward to meeting everyone and having Mango make lots of friends.

I will be planning an April event after the March one is over. Hope to see you then! You can always walk a short way with us and turn back if your pup is not ready to keep pace with us.

You may consider keeping Mango separate from other dogs until she is done with her puppy shots. I hope those are done by the April event.

I will be getting a puppy in mid April myself, but she will stay home from the group hikes and playgroup until her puppy shots are done with. You'll all get to meet her in June.

April is more realistic and she finishes up her shots early in the month. We start puppy class on the 14th with a big emphasis on socialization and play. Good idea with the abbreviated walk! Mango and I hope to join you next month!
